#179 Anything Goes - CD Sunday Plus Challenge

It was lovely to see a couple of new people entering the Challenge last time. Hopefully they’ll join in again sometime soon.

As usual the theme at The CD Sunday Plus Challenge is Anything Goes.  Remember you must have used something printed from a CD, a USB or a digital download, you must state where the item used is from and you must make a physical item and not a digital one.

This card is for an elderly gentleman who lives in the same assisted living home as one of my friends. He’s quite a character and likes to find solutions to things. The background in this card is from a digi kit called ‘Inventor’ – I thought it was appropriate for him!

Lots of steps to the making of this card. Backing paper printed and glued to the card base. Light bulb stamped and then coloured with an alcohol marker. A couple of items printed from a USB and various die-cut items.

Items used:
Serif Craft Artist digikits – Daisy Trail Steam Punk Inventor.
Simply Card and Papercraft magazine – Stamps designed by Sheena Douglass.
Tonic Studios – yellow alcohol marker.
Debbi Moore Designs – images from the Steam Punk 2 USB and die cut with the Match it Dies.
John Next Door – Vertical Birthday dies set JND596.
Love Card Making magazine – cog die set.

The challenge will close on Friday 27th March 2026 at 9pm.
