Seasons - C D Sunday

CD Sunday has chosen the theme of Seasons this time around. While I'm writing this it's pouring with rain and more like November - the back garden is like a lake. My card is Summer although the staples I've used are from a set called Spring LOL!

The backing paper and topper are from a cd called Pamela West's Dayze of Innocence. Unfortunately this cd is no longer available to buy.
The topper is printed onto vellum and attached using staples by Craft Geek and a little tool called Pin It.

  1. Lovely Pamela, love the main image printed onto vellum, gives it that hazy summer days feel.
Thanks for joining us at CD Sunday.

  2. Hi Pamela. I love this CD. One of my favourites to use with parchment and borders and even for ATC's. It looks as though you did a little embossing. Thank you for joining in with us.

    2. Ooops, deleted my reply in error! Yes I did do some embossing Carol. Right around the purple frame, along the edge of the stream, around her wellies and the water splashes. Also a little on her hat but mainly her dress to make it whiter and to stand out.

  3. So very pretty, the vellum gives it a beautiful soft ethereal look

  4. Hello Pamela, lovely card. I'm lucky enough to have that CD too. Love the way you have printed on vellum and the staples make a great way of fixing it to the card. Thank you for sharing with us.

  5. Ooohhhh this is lovely Pamela. Sadly I don't have this CD as it looks like a goody. I love your idea of printing on vellum....must try this soon. The little staples are a great addition too and something else I've not seen before....inspirational when you're attaching vellum I think. Must check these out. Thank you for sharing your lovely creation with us at CD Sunday. Wynn DT

ps Hope it stops raining soon!!
