On the 3rd May 2010 I entered my first
The CD Sunday Plus
Challenge. Sixteen years later and I’m writing the post on the challenge blog - I might be retired but there’s no time to get bored LOL!
My make for this challenge is a card for a
birthday swap I’m in. Sadly there’s only four of us in the swap now there used
to be twelve when it was started many years ago. The person whose birthday it
was loves bling – I hope my card fits the bill LOL!
Items used:
Carnation Crafts: Letter L from The Ultimate
Alphabet Die Collection and the flower vignettes from Pretty Pattern die set
which is also part of The Ultimate Alphabet Die Collection.
Crafts Too: John Next Door Santa Fe JND588 dies
and Craft Artist A5 Silver Glitter card.
Tonic Studios: Nuvo Jewel Drops in Grey Mist.
Gems from my stash.
As usual the theme at The CD Sunday Plus Challenge is Anything Goes. Remember you must have used something printed
from a CD, a USB or a digital download, you must state where the item used is
from and you must make a physical item and not a digital one.
The challenge will
close on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 9pm.
Love the large focal for and your embellishments,a beautiful birthday card
ReplyDeleteI reckon that is mega bling. Great card.

A lovely card - definitely fits the bill!
ReplyDeleteI was very tempted by these dies, but my craft room is bursting at the seams, with stuff also being stored in most other rooms in our house, so I resisted!

Plenty of sparkle on this. It is very pretty. xx
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card. Love the bling and the floral L. You asked if my card had been on a FB group, I haven't posted it, but do have my own FB on which I post periodically. It was made from scratch for the couple. Thanks for inquiring. This was the only way to contact you I could see, so apologise for using your post to reply. PS. I'm from South Wales too. x
