As usual the theme at The CD Sunday Plus Challenge is Anything Goes - remember you must have used something printed from
a CD, a USB or a digital download, you must state where the item used is from
and you must make a physical item and not a digital one.
Thanks to everyone who joined in with the last
challenge. As I was host it’s down to me to pick the Top Three makes.
My last card was made from items I’d found
lurking on my desk unused and so is this one!
The pale brown backing paper was printed from a Carnation Crafts
Collection and has been over stamped using a Craftascope stamp. The dark brown strip
is left over from a crafting session when I was trying to reproduce a bokeh
effect using white ink and stamps.
At the time of making this card I’d just bought a
new, to me, flower stamp and die set and just had to use it on this card! It’s
stamped onto white vellum using Versamark ink and gold embossing powder. I then
coloured the back of the vellum with brown ink so it would fit in with the
colour scheme of the card. I added some gold and brown half pearls to
finish off the card.
